CSM Reynolds joined the Army as a Combat Medical Specialist. His assignments include: 1st Cavalry Squadron 1st Armored Division Buedigen, Germany (deployed to Bosnia 95-96); Blanchfield Army Community Hospital Fort Campbell, Kentucky; 101st Airborne Division Fort Campbell, Kentucky (Air Assault); Martin Army Community Hospital Fort Benning, Georgia; 3rd Brigade 3rd Infantry Division Fort Benning, Georgia (deployed OIF); Brooke Army Medical Center Fort Sam Houston, Texas; 1st Brigade 1st Infantry Division Fort Riley Kansas; United Kingdom Leadership Training Team, Afghanistan (Commandos - deployed OEF 07-09); Brooke Army Medical Center Fort Sam Houston, Texas; United States Army Sergeants Major Academy; Headquarters, Southern Regional Medical Command at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas; Eisenhower Army Medical Center Fort Gordon, Georgia; Sergeants Major Management Division Fort Knox, Kentucky, and Landstuhl Germany. CSM Reynolds has held leadership positions from Squad Leader to Command Sergeant Major as well as a Talent Manager for Sergeants Major in the Sergeants Major Management Division at Fort Knox, Kentucky; and Landstuhl Regional Medical Center of Landstuhl Germany.

CSM Reynolds has attended the Combat Medical Specialist Course, Primary Leadership Development Course, Advanced Leaders Course, Senior Leaders Course (Commandant's List), United States Army Sergeants Major Academy, Class 63 (Exceeded Course Standards), Battle Staff NCO Course (Exceeded Course Standards), Air Assault School (Distinguished Honor Graduate), Instructor Training Course, the Military Transition Team Course, Battalion and Brigade Pre-Command Course, Command Sergeant Major Development Course, and the AMEDD Executive Skills Course.

 

CSM Reynolds is currently enrolled at Central Texas University pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree.

CSM Reynolds awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit, the Meritorious Service Medal (5th OLC); Army Commendation Medal (4th OLC); Army Achievement Medal (7th OLC); Army Superior Unit Award; Army Good Conduct Medal 8th Award; National Defense Service Medal (2nd Award); Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal; Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal; Global War on Terrorism Service Medal; Armed Forces Service Medal; NCO Professional Development Ribbon (#6); Army Service Ribbon; Overseas Service Ribbon (3rd Award); Meritorious Outstanding Voluntary Service Medal; NATO Medal (2nd Award); the German Proficiency Marksmanship Badge Schutzenschnur - Gold; the Expert Field Medical Badge; Driver's Badge; and the Air Assault Badge.

CSM Reynolds was inducted into the Army Medical Department's Order of Military Medical Merit and the Cavalry Regiment's Order of the Spur.
