Communicating With Your Medical Home

  • After obtaining an account to access the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal, you can go to Message My Provider to make an appointment, send a secure message to your PCM and Medical Home Team, renew medications, request test results, or ask for advice from your Medical Home.
  • If you do not have an account, please register for access to the new MHS GENESIS patient portal at https://myaccess.dmdc.osd.mil/identitymanagement/. PLEASE NOTE: Use a compatible browser such as Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox. Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 is no longer supported after November 30, 2020.
    • After obtaining a MHS GENESIS Patient Portal account, you can view your health information, exchange secure messages with your care team, request prescription renewals, view notes from your clinical visits and certain lab/test results, such as blood tests. DS Logon Premium Access (Level 2) is required to view the health record. For upgrade and/or password assistance, visit https://myaccess.dmdc.osd.mil/identitymanagement/help.do.
