The Substance Use Disorder Center of Excellence is located at Brooke Army Medical Center’s Residential Treatment Program for Addictions. The program provides medically-monitored inpatient care and serves as the enterprise leader in substance use disorder research and development and integration of evidence-based practices into clinical care.

Residential Treatment Program (RTP)

  • Who: Active-Duty military service members, Activated National Guard, and Reservist personnel
  • What: Residential care for patients with substance use disorders, co-occurring psychiatric disorders to include individual, group, and pharmacological therapy supported by case management.
