The Taylor Burk Clinic provides accessible, high quality, focused interdisciplinary healthcare to Active Duty Service Members, Retirees and their dependents, and Sick Call for Military Service Members who are training on Camp Bullis. Comprehensive services offered include management of acute and chronic illnesses, preventive health maintenance and wellness and Behavior Health Services. Pharmacy, Radiology and Laboratory support is located within the clinic.

  • Clinic: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. (closed Federal Holidays)
  • Trainee Sick Call: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.
  • Immunizations for ONLY those patients ENROLLED to SPC Taylor J. Burk clinic. To schedule an appointment call the San Antonio Consult and Appointment Management Office (CAMO) at 210-916-9900, Monday – Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Pharmacy: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. Weekends and Federal Holidays: CLOSED

  2. Use the MHS Patient Portal at https://patientportal.mhsgenesis.health.mil to reach the Message My Provider tab if you already have an account. If you do not have an account, please register for access to the new MHS GENESIS patient portal at https://myaccess.dmdc.osd.mil/identitymanagement/.   3. You can also use the MHS GENESIS patient portal to request prescription renewals and view your health record.
