Driving instructions:

From Loop 1604 head towards TX 151/SeaWorld. Exit TX-151/SeaWorld. Follow State Hwy 151 to the exit for Westover Hills Blvd, and turn towards Rudy’s and Bill Millers. Turn right on Town Center then left on Rogers Crossing.

Hours of Operation:

Clinic Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Closed Federal Holidays and weekends).

Laboratory Services Hours of Operation: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 – 11:30 AM and 1:00 – 4:00 PM and Friday, 0730 – 1130 AM and 1:00 – 3:00 PM

Walk-in Immunizations: Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pharmacy Services are for patients enrolled to Westover Medical Home:

Drive-Thru Pharmacy Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pharmacy Prescription Activation: (210) 539-0793
Please call to activate your prescription and allow 2 hours before picking them up at the drive thru window.

You may schedule appointments using one of the following options:

  1. Call (210)-916-9900, the San Antonio Consult and Appointment Management Office (CAMO), from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday (closed Federal Holidays).
  2. Use the Army Secure Messaging Website at https://app.tolsecuremessaging.com/ if you already have an account. If you do not have an account, please sign up at the clinic's front desk at your next visit.
    PLEASE NOTE: You can use Secure Messaging to schedule routine appointments, request prescription renewals and for WebVisits. For additional information regarding the Secure Messaging process please go to this link, Secure-Messaging.
  3. Use TRICARE On-Line: www.tricareonline.com (ask the front desk how to register). You can also utilize TRICARE On-Line to access lab and radiology results.

For After-Hours Assistance:

TRICARE beneficiaries can call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-874-2273 for after-hours assistance. Experienced nurses will provide medical advice and nurse triage 24/7 to include weekends and holidays.
