Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill to refill your prescriptions.
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Leaders ask for patience during GENESIS Transition, COVID uptick

Beneficiaries are experiencing some delays in services due to the high levels of COVID transmission in the community and the San Antonio Market’s transition to MHS GENESIS on Jan. 22.

As a result of the increased demand, the CAMO (Consult and Appointment Management Office) and Nurse Advice lines are currently experiencing a high call volume leading to longer than normal wait times.

“We absolutely understand our patients’ frustration and are working diligently to provide them safe, quality, timely care during this busy time,” said Army Col. (Dr.) Timothy Switaj, San Antonio Market assistant director for clinical operations.

“We want to ensure our patients know they have alternate options for seeking care to help avoid delays in service,” he added.
