Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill to refill your prescriptions.
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

BAMC Testing Site Closure Thursday Due to Weather Advisory

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas  –   Due to the winter weather advisory and forecasted low temperatures, the BAMC COVID-19 Testing Site in the parking garage will adjust its hours this week for the safety of our staff and patients. The site will be closed Thursday, Feb. 3 and will reopen Friday, Feb. 4 from 1000-1400.

The site will resume its regular hours of operation on Monday, Feb. 7, which are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
