Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill to refill your prescriptions.
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

BAMC launches new texting option for prescription activation

By Lori Newman

TRICARE beneficiaries will soon be able to activate their new prescriptions at the Brooke Army Medical Center Main Out-Patient Pharmacy and most of the outlying pharmacy locations with a few simple texts.

“Q-Anywhere will help reduce the number of people waiting in line at the pharmacy or over the phone,” said U.S. Army Col. Stacey Causey, BAMC Department of Pharmacy chief.
