The CAMO schedules appointments for all of the San Antonio Military Health System, which includes Brooke Army Medical Center.

Booking an Appointment

Schedule with your primary care manager first. You have two ways to schedule:

• Online through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal
• Call 210-916-9900 or 800-443-2262

Need to Check on a Referral?

When you have a referral to see a specialist, our Consult Appointment Management Office will try to schedule you at one of our military facilities first.

Follow these steps when you need to see a specialist:

1. Get a referral from your PCM.
   • Call your PCM, or
   • Send a secure message
2. Call 210-916-9900 or 800-443-2262
   • Check the status of your referral, and
   • Schedule your visit
3. If you can't get an appointment at one of our facilities:
   • Find a network provider
   • Call the network provider's office to schedule
   • Check the status of your referral with Humana Military before you go to your appointment
